These are the terms and conditions (“Rules”) that apply to the Kick On Programme (“Programme”).

This Programme is run by Kit for Sport Ltd (trading as Gift of Kit) (“Gift of Kit”), c/o Orangestripe Outsourcing And Accountancy Ltd, 224 Watermoor Point, Watermoor Road, Cirencester, England, GL7 1LF, registered in England and Wales (10425917) and Starling Bank Limited (“Starling Bank” or “Starling”), registered in England and Wales (No.09092149), 5th Floor London Fruit And Wool Exchange, 1 Duval Square, London, United Kingdom, E1 6PW. Gift of Kit and Starling Bank are joint promoters of the Programme.

By accepting these Rules, you are confirming that you are authorised to do so on behalf of your Team.

1. PROGRAMME SUMMARY

The Programme provides an opportunity for grassroots football teams (“Teams”) and Starling Business Current Account Customers (“BCA Customers”) to partner together for the chance to receive a branded football kit package (the “Programme Support Package”). Gift of Kit is the supplier of Programme Support Packages to the successful participants.

Gift of Kit and Starling Bank will enable BCA Customers to select a Team to support, and Teams can (at their sole discretion) choose whether to accept such support.

2. ELIGIBILITY

2.1 Teams

To be eligible, Teams must:
· Be grassroots football teams or schools based in the United Kingdom
· Be registered or in the process of registering with their relevant football governing body (where applicable)
· Be competing or intending to compete in an organised football league

2.2 General

The following are not eligible:
· Employees of Gift of Kit or Starling Bank (or associated companies) · Immediate family members of such employees
· Any person involved in the administration of the Programme
Gift of Kit reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time.

3. REGISTRATION

The registration period will be open from 17 June 2026 and will close at 23:59:59 on 17 July 2026 (the Registration Period).

Participants must register via the Programme Website during the stated Registration Period. Each Team may only register once. Duplicate or incomplete registrations will be disqualified.

4. OPERATION OF THE PROGRAMME

4.1 Matching Window

The matching window will open from 00:00:00 on 29 July 2026 and close after 23:59:59 on 13 September 2026. (the “Matching Window”).
Gift of Kit reserves the right to:
· Close the Matching Window early if capacity is reached.

4.2 Matching Process

During the Matching Window:
· Teams may receive sponsorship offers from BCA Customers communicated through the Programme Website.
Teams can (at their sole discretion) accept or reject sponsorship offers within the timeframe communicated on the Programme Website.
· If you reject sponsorship offers, you will be viewable to other BCA Customers for potential sponsorship offers until the Matching Window closes.
· We cannot guarantee that a Team will receive a sponsorship offer from any BCA Customers.

4.3 Confirmation of Participation

A valid participation is confirmed when:
· A Team has accepted the sponsorship offer; and
· A BCA Customer has completed the required payment.
Each confirmed Team and BCA Customer pairing will then qualify to receive a branded kit package under the Programme in accordance with these Rules.

4.4. Teams who haven’t qualified at the end of the Matching Window

We cannot guarantee that a Team will receive a sponsorship offer from any BCA Customers. Gift of Kit will notify you within a reasonable timeframe after the Matching Window has closed if you have been unsuccessful in matching with a BCA Customer.

5. PUBLICITY

Starling Bank and Gift of Kit may need to make information publicly available about the Teams that have won Programme Support Packages in this way. Teams can object to this by emailing helpdesk@giftofkit.com. If Teams do object, Starling Bank and Gift of Kit might still have to share this information with a regulatory body if they request it, like the Advertising Standards Agency.

6. PROGRAMME SUPPORT PACKAGE

Up to two thousand (2,000) Programme Support Packages are available. Each Programme Support Package will include:

· One set of sixteen (16) football kits (jersey, shorts and socks)

Each jersey will display:
· The Starling Bank logo
· The BCA Customer sponsor logo · A squad number

Except as otherwise set out in these Rules the Programme Support Package: · Is for exclusive use by the Team
· Is non-transferable
· Is non-refundable

· Is non-exchangeable
· Has no cash alternative
Where the kits or elements of it are unavailable for any reason outside of Starling or Gift of Kit’s control, Gift of Kit reserves the right to substitute any item with an item of equal or greater value where necessary.

7. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

Participants must:
· Provide accurate and complete information
· Respond to communications within timeframes communicated by Gift of Kit · Comply with all instructions relating to artwork, ordering and delivery

Failure to comply may result in:
· Disqualification from the Programme
· Forfeiture of the Programme Support Package

8. KIT ORDERING AND DELIVERY

Successful Teams will be required to:
· Complete kit ordering within the specified timeframe
· Provide accurate sizing and delivery details
Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the Programme Support Package.

Delivery will be made to the address supplied by the Team during the registration via the Programme Website.

Subject to payment by the Starling and the BCA Customer for the Programme Support Package, delivery is expected within a reasonable timeframe (but in any event no later than four (4) months) following order completion but may be subject to delays outside the control of Gift of Kit or Starling Bank.

There are no separate charges for delivery.

Gift of Kit will notify the Team as soon as reasonably practicable once the kit has been dispatched. However, neither Starling or Gift of Kit will be responsible for any delivery delays outside of Starling and/or Gift of Kits control.

Teams must notify Gift of Kit as soon as possible at helpdesk@giftofkit.com and in any case no later than the below timeframes (Notice Period):
· five (5) days, from and including the date of delivery, in the event of any delivery issues (such as missing items, lost items, non-delivery or damaged packaging); or

· fourteen (14) days, from and including the date of delivery, in the event of any defective or damaged items.

Gift of Kit will use reasonable endeavours to correct any issues, including (but not limited to) replacing any kits with quality or quantity issues within a reasonable period following investigation by Gift of Kit.

Teams should not contact Starling or the BCA Customer sponsor directly in respect of delivery issues or defective or damaged items.

If the Team notifies Gift of Kit after the Notice Periods set out above, neither Starling or Gift of Kit will be liable to rectify or replace any kits.

For the avoidance of doubt, if the kit is damaged as a result of general wear and tear or as a result of the wearer’s actions, neither Starling, Gift of Kit or the BCA Customer sponsor are liable to replace it.

9. DISQUALIFICATION AND FORFEITURE

Gift of Kit reserves the right to disqualify any Participant or forfeit any Programme Support Package where:
· Information provided is false or misleading
· Deadlines communicated by Gift of Kit are not met

· There is misuse of the Programme Website.
· Fraudulent, unfair or abusive behaviour is identified · Any breach of these Rules occurs

10. USE OF KIT

Teams agree that:
· The kit must not be altered without approval
· The kit must be used in a manner consistent with its intended purpose
· The kit must not be used in a way that brings the BCA Customer, Gift of Kit or Starling Bank into disrepute
Starling Bank and Gift of Kit reserves the right to require discontinuation of use of kit by Teams where necessary.

11. DATA

Gift of Kit and Starling Bank act as joint controllers in respect of personal data processed for the Programme.

Personal data will be processed in accordance with both Starling’s and Gift of Kit’s Privacy Notices available on their respective websites at:

12. LIABILITY

To the extent legally permitted, Gift of Kit and Starling Bank will not be liable for:
(i) any loss that is not caused by Gift of Kit and Starling Bank (or any person acting on their behalf);
(ii) any loss caused by any event or circumstance beyond the reasonable control of Gift of Kit or Starling Bank;
(iii) any loss of profits, revenue, anticipated savings or goodwill;
(iv) any failure to secure a pairing or receive a Programme Support Package;
(v) any actions or behaviour of other Participants;

Neither Gift of Kit and Starling Bank will be liable to replace any kit where damage or degradation has occurred as a result of general wear and tear or the wearer.

Nothing in these Rules excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any matter which cannot be excluded by law.

13. CANCELLATION, VARIATION AND AMENDMENTS

Gift of Kit reserves the right to vary, suspend or cancel the Programme if necessary for reasons outside the control of Gift of Kit or Starling Bank.

If there’s any conflict between these Rules, and any other communication about the Programme, these rules will apply.

Starling Bank may alter or amend these Rules at any time without giving any notice. This includes reasons outside of its control.

14. PROGRAMME PROMOTERS

The Programme is administered and run by Starling Bank and Gift of Kit, and is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Arsenal. By entering, you acknowledge that The Arsenal Football Club Limited (company number 109244) shall not have any liability to you in connection with the Programme.

15. DISPUTES

Starling Bank’s decision is final in relation to the operation of the Programme.

16. LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Rules are governed by English law and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
